1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Marco Curcio ("SimQuota", "we", "us"). By downloading the app, creating an account, or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SimQuota.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.

2. Description of service

SimQuota is an iOS application that monitors cellular data usage, manages SIM configurations, tracks roaming, and provides usage alerts. The service includes:

SimQuota does not guarantee any specific level of data accuracy. Readings are derived from iOS network interfaces and may differ from your carrier's billing figures. Always verify your usage with your carrier before making decisions based on SimQuota data.

3. Account registration & age

To access cloud features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

4. Subscriptions & payments

SimQuota Pro and SimQuota Pro Family are paid subscriptions processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. By subscribing you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions.

Promo and referral codes are provided at our discretion, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if misused.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

SimQuota and all associated content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Marco Curcio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you input into SimQuota (SIM configurations, custom names, etc.). By storing data in our cloud service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

SimQuota is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Data usage figures are estimates derived from iOS network interfaces and may not match your carrier's billing records.

We are not responsible for any roaming charges, overage fees, or carrier bills you incur. Always verify your usage directly with your mobile carrier before travelling or making plan decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimQuota and Marco Curcio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Profile → Delete account. Account data is soft-deleted for 30 days (recoverable on request), then permanently erased.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Sections 6 (Intellectual property), 7 (Disclaimer of warranties), 8 (Limitation of liability), and 10 (Governing law) survive termination.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law.
